Inject Set reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Treatment Results

• Individual results may vary; no guarantees of results can be made.
• Inject Set operates a no-refund policy on treatments performed. Images shown online or during consultations are examples and may not reflect your results.
• You understand that for any complications or if you desire additional reviews, you may need to visit a designated emergency clinic at your own expense, which may differ from your treatment location.

Treatment Contraindications

• Your medical history will be assessed during consultation, and contraindications discussed.
• Treatment is not advised and will not be given if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Cosmetic Injections Terms & Conditions

• A deposit or credit card number is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings
• Bookings must be made in advance.
• Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical providers.
• Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.
• The number of units administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.

Cancellation policy

• A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Deposits for consultations and treatments are non-refundable or non-redeemable unless cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits not utilized within 4 months will expire.
• Children are not permitted at appointments; bringing children will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits or treatments.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit or treatment.
• If you cancel or reschedule on more than three consecutive occasions within the 48-hour cancellation period a non-refundable booking fee will be charged for the value of a consultation with the practitioner, you are booked in to see. This can be redeemed when you come into clinic and have a treatment but is non-refundable, regardless of if you cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour period.

Deposits

• To secure your booking, we require a deposit or credit card number in advance for all appointments
• The deposit is non-refundable and, in some cases, may be redeemable against a treatment or consultation
• Consultations and treatments both require £50 deposits

Treatment Suitability

• Inject Set reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed unsuitable. Fees for undelivered treatments will be refunded, but consultation fees and incidental costs (e.g., travel) will not be reimbursed.

Refer a friend Program

Under the Inject Set Refer a Friend Program, existing clients (Advocates) can earn referral bonuses (Inject Set Credit) by inviting new clients (Referees) to make qualifying purchases. The following terms apply:

1. Eligibility

1. Advocates must be existing customers, and Referees must be new customers.
2. Referees must meet a minimum first-purchase amount as communicated to qualify for the program.

2. Referral Bonus

• Advocates share a unique referral email or link provided by Inject Set.
  • Referees must register and make an eligible purchase via the referral link or by contacting Inject Set to earn Inject Set Credit for both parties.
  • Only one eligible purchase per Referee is allowed, regardless of how many referrals (links, emails or other referral communications) they receive.
  • Inject Set Credit expires 12 months after confirmation and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.
  • Compliance with program terms is determined solely by Inject Set.

3. Referral Emails, Link and other referral communication Usage

• Referral emails, links or other referral communications must not be shared where recipients are unlikely to appreciate the invitation or in violation of anti-spam laws. Advocates are responsible for any claims resulting from unlawful sharing.

4. Program Modifications and Fraud Prevention

• Inject Set reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the program at any time.
  • Fraudulent activity will result in cancellation of eligible purchases and nullification of bonuses, with repayment requested if necessary.

5. Miscellaneous

• If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all other terms will remain in effect.

Inject Set may update these terms at its discretion. Participation in the program constitutes agreement to the latest terms.

Inject Set Credits and Bonuses

1. Using Credits:
   1. You can redeem your earned credits against future Inject Set treatments and products.
   1. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
   1. Credits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
2. Credit Expiry:
   1. Credits will expire if not used within 12 months from the date of earning.
   1. Inject Set reserves the right to modify the expiry period with prior notice.

Membership Program

Under the Inject Set Membership Program, clients who participate are eligible for pricing and discounts on services and products available only to members. The following terms apply:

1. Eligibility
   1. Valid credit or debit card details are required to be held on file to qualify for the program
   1. A joining fee will be charged, and a monthly debit will be deducted to continue membership
   1. You can cancel at any time
   1.  If you re-join in the future, you will need to pay the joining fee
   1. If a monthly payment doesn’t come through you can either rejoin that day or make up any missed months at your next appointment to continue your membership.
